Scope of Work: Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Ventura Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Protective Clothing and Operational Supply Rental Services as set forth in this Agreement. 2. The services shall be performed at: Department of California Highway Patrol Ventura Area Office 4656 Valentine Road, Ventura, CA 93003.
