Description: The California High-Speed Rail Authority is responsible for planning, designing, building, and operating the first high-speed rail system in the nation. California high-speed rail will connect the mega-regions of the state, contribute to economic development and a cleaner environment, create jobs, and preserve agricultural and protected lands. A&E services shall be necessary for the design of various construction projects. Services may include planning, environmental, engineering and/or architectural services, utility and geotechnical engineering site-investigations and associated permitting and Authority-approvals, professional design support during construction, land surveying, construction administration/project construction management (PCM) services, and a wide range of other professional services to support the Authority capital program.

Scope of Services: The replacement of CMP storm drains facilities at four (4) separate locations within the City of Sacramento. The work to be performed consists of replacing corrugated metal pipeline, manholes, drainage services, and associated work. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and shall perform all work necessary to complete the subject project in place and make all required connections to the existing storm drain systems

Project Description: Post-construction cleaning services at various District facilities during Summer 2026. The required services are intended to ensure that areas impacted by construction, modernization, repair, renovation, or maintenance projects are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for occupancy prior to student and staff use. Services may include Basic Deep Cleaning, Floor Care, phased cleaning, and related cleaning services.

Scope of Work: Contractor shall furnish and install a content management and digital signage platform for use at Sacramento City Unified School District. The system shall be capable of distributing content from a central server residing in Owner facilities. System shall allow for multi-user, multi-site, content management. The server shall be Total Channel Mission Control Server (MB-B) (Work) Contractor shall furnish and install media players at 6 High Schools, to be integrated into Video Scoreboard systems via HDMI connection. Contractor shall coordinate network connections with head end over Owner WAN with Owner IT staff. The media player shall be Total Channel Playout Maxi (N150/W11P). Refer to Exhibit A (Site Locations).

Scope of Work: Work shall include the demolition and removal of all existing cabinetry and bulletin boards; installing a new double-door opening to provide direct access to the storage room without requiring passage through the male locker room; providing new hardware at the double-door opening serving the locker room; relocating the existing ice machine, associated filters, and related plumbing infrastructure to the corner of the room; installation of new base cabinetry with counter-height work surfaces and overhead wall-mounted cabinets; providing new GFCI-protected electrical outlets at the new counter and cabinetry locations within the athletic room; cleaning, preparing, and repairing existing athletic room flooring surfaces as required to receive a new epoxy flooring system; Painting: application of one (1) coat of primer and two finish coats of paint on all walls above existing FRP surfaces, and installation of full-height 8-foot FRP panels throughout the athletic room.

The Scope includes alarm equipment maintenance and repair, alarm services, and installation of security and alarm equipment. Contractor shall provide to the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) preventative and ongoing maintenance for all CDSS HQ Security Systems.

Scope of Services: The purpose of this contract is to provide third-party assistance on an as-needed basis to assess, manage, and recommend and/or institute control measures or other actions in relation to worker/Contractor/environmental exposures related to day-to-day operations at SMUD. Contractor will have the ability to collect bulk asbestos/lead/mold samples, perform lead/mold surface wipe sampling, conduct base-line air sampling, aggressive, clearance air sampling, when required and providing asbestos/lead/mold consultative services. Contractor shall provide Project Management Oversight (PMO) services before, during, and after asbestos, lead abatement, or mold remediation projects for SMUD.

Scope of Services: The work consists of park improvements at Cove Park in Sacramento. The improvements consist of the installation of temporary construction fencing, demolishing a play area access ramp, installing a 43 x 45 shade canopy over the existing playground equipment, coordinating City building permit inspections and close-out of permit, constructing a new play area access ramp, playground inspection services, and performing any required irrigation and turf repairs caused by the construction.

Scope of Work: Construction of approximately 1,525 linear feet of new 12-inch ductile iron water main along New York Avenue between Monal Court and north of Lemon Street. The 12-inch ductile iron pipe has been pre-purchased by the District and will be provided to the awarded contractor. The project includes installation of five (5) fire hydrants, two (2) air release valves, and one (1) 4-inch blow off per FOWD standard specifications. There are eight (8) point of connection tie-ins to the existing distribution system as detailed on the improvement plans. Paving and surface restoration is to be performed per Sacramento County specifications and requirements. New service lines for eleven (11) existing water services ranging from one to two-inches will be installed and reconnected to the existing water meters. The existing 10 and 12-inch steel water main and all appurtenances are to be abandoned per FOWD plans and standard specifications and Sacramento County specifications and requirements.

Scope of Work: Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Alturas Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Heating, Ventilation, And Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance Services as set forth in this Agreement. The services shall be performed at: Department of California Highway Patrol CHP Alturas Area Office 905 West C Street Alturas, CA 96101.

Scope of Work: Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Mountain Pass, Joint Port of Entry (JPOE) the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide five (5) days per week Janitorial Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. Scope of Work: Preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and rapid-response services for 12 categories of material handling equipment (including forklifts, reach lifts, and pallet jacks).

The Scope of this procurement encompasses the development, execution, and management of clean energy projects within CDCR facilities statewide. Selected ESCOs will be expected to demonstrate expertise in energy efficiency, renewable energy integration, and decarbonization strategies. The intended outcome is to create a vetted pool of providers who can be engaged for future projects, ensuring streamlined procurement and consistent quality in the delivery of energy services.

Scope of Work: Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Fire Alarm Monitoring, Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance Services. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to perform monitoring, inspection, testing, and maintenance of the Aviation Programs fire alarm and fire suppression systems.

Scope of Work: Each year during the fall season (October through November) Contractor shall inspect the roofs for deficiencies at the CHP Yreka Area office, 1739 South Main Street, Yreka, California 96097. The inspection will include all gutters and downspouts to ensure they are clean and free flowing. All deficiencies will be documented, photographed, and submitted to the CHP Facilities Coordinator or designee.

Project Description: The County of Sacramento, Department of Waste Management & Recycling (DWMR) is seeking a firm that is experienced in maintenance of the geosynthetics components of landfill base liner systems including installing and repairing. DWMR specifically requires assistance with potential maintenance repair of the existing KLF base liner system, should damages occur during operation of the landfill.

Description of Services: The Contractor will provide department-wide environmental assessment and remediation services involving sampling and characterization of hazardous waste, recommending treatment and disposal options, handling and packaging of hazardous waste, preparing proper waste handling documents, transporting hazardous waste to treatment or disposal facility(s), and other hazardous services as required.

Scope: Provide Franchise Tax Board (FTB) with Unarmed Security Guard Services for FTB's Central Office Campus in Sacramento, CA.

Description of Work: The Contractor shall provide ongoing and regular field preventive maintenance and repairs of traffic signal equipment, associated lighting and flashing beacons, and other pertinent apparatus. The Contractor shall sustain a program of continuing comprehensive preventive maintenance, designed to eliminate or reduce the incidence of malfunctions, reduce complaints, and extend the useful life of the equipment.

Description of Work: The work consists of performing preventive maintenance inspections and occasional repairs on the City of Galts (Citys) street lights and system within the City and other incidental and related work, on an as-needed basis.
