Description of Services: The Contractor will provide department-wide environmental assessment and remediation services involving sampling and characterization of hazardous waste, recommending treatment and disposal options, handling and packaging of hazardous waste, preparing proper waste handling documents, transporting hazardous waste to treatment or disposal facility(s), and other hazardous services as required.

Scope: Provide Franchise Tax Board (FTB) with Unarmed Security Guard Services for FTB's Central Office Campus in Sacramento, CA.

Description of Work: The Contractor shall provide ongoing and regular field preventive maintenance and repairs of traffic signal equipment, associated lighting and flashing beacons, and other pertinent apparatus. The Contractor shall sustain a program of continuing comprehensive preventive maintenance, designed to eliminate or reduce the incidence of malfunctions, reduce complaints, and extend the useful life of the equipment.

Description of Work: The work consists of performing preventive maintenance inspections and occasional repairs on the City of Galts (Citys) street lights and system within the City and other incidental and related work, on an as-needed basis.

Scope of Services: Contractor must provide a quantity of twelve (12) replacement frequency converters with backup battery.

Scope of Work. Project comprises labor and services necessary for: 1. Replacement of Two (2) Water Heaters and a Water Softener at Veterans Home of Lancaster. The work includes the removal and disposal of existing equipment, as well as the installation of new heaters and water softener with all required plumbing connections and mounting, along with electrical support for conduit and wiring.

Scope of Work: The Project includes demolition of the existing walkway canopy, fencing, concrete, and asphalt as required to establish an ADA-compliant path of travel from the SCOE building to the playground. Work includes removal and replacement of concrete, asphalt paving and additional site improvements necessary to achieve accessibility compliance in front parking area.

Description: Contractor shall provide to the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA), Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR), with preventative maintenance, inspection, repair, and after-hours service for one (1) automatic gate, nine (9) industrial roll-up doors, and ten (10) electric operators, as well as designated exterior/interior doors.

Scope of Services: The Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division requires on-call, statewide environmental consulting services. These services include environmental review, regulatory support consulting, and specialized biological monitoring to ensure compliance with CEQA, NEPA, and endangered species laws.

Project Description: Contractor agrees to provide personnel, services, materials, supplies, facilities, and equipment necessary to monitor between 400 and 1000 DTSC-managed sites across California. These sites are subject to institutional controls, and ongoing monitoring is essential to ensure compliance, safety, and environmental protection. The scope of work encompasses the systematic oversight of a large portfolio of sites, requiring the selected contractor to demonstrate robust operational capacity and expertise in environmental monitoring. Key requirements include the provision of qualified personnel, reliable equipment, and the logistical ability to service a geographically dispersed set of locations. The contractor will be responsible for implementing monitoring protocols as specified by DTSC, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all activities adhere to applicable regulations and standards.

Scope of Services: Extend end diaphragms and return walls at each original abutment down approximately 5 feet to a total depth of 8 feet. Reconstruct backfill behind original abutments from above after installation of end diaphragm and return wall extensions. Install an approach slab drainage system. Install structure approach slabs, modified for length (10 feet at the widenings and approximately 18-9 at the original bridge). Reconstruct slope protection to a 1.5:1 or as steep as 1:1 slope. Eliminate benches at top of slope protection. Replace pull boxes and electrical conduit for street light near southeast corner of bridge. The extent of the concrete placement and slope protection repair work, as depicted on the drawings, is not intended to be all-inclusive.

Scope of Services: The work consists of the removal and replacement of improvements at Bertha Henschel Park, located at 160 45th Street in Sacramento. The project includes demolishing the existing restroom building, associated concrete flatwork, and the wood shade structure. Additional improvements include grading and preparing the pad/subgrade for the new restroom building; installing sewer, water, and electrical connections; coordinating the new restroom building installation with the Public Restroom Co., placing aggregate base and new concrete flatwork around the new restroom; and constructing a 6-inch raised curb. The work also includes removing and replacing the drinking fountain, basketball posts, backboards, and nets; applying an asphalt seal coat; restriping the basketball court; relocating existing turf rotors; turf seeding; landscape maintenance; and installing new picnic tables and a concrete park sign.

Scope of Services: Construction of drainage facilities on Richards Boulevard between Sequoia Pacific Boulevard to North 5th Street. The work to be performed consists of constructing drainage pipeline, manholes, junction structures, drains, and associated work. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and shall perform all work necessary to complete the subject project in place and make all required connections to the existing drainage system as shown on the Plans and as specified herein.

Project Description: The project consists of: Site improvements to the existing path of travel and accessible parking Minor accessibility improvements to three (3) restrooms within Building E (a boys, a girls and staff restrooms) as illustrated in the contract documents Installation of two (2) new relocatable classroom buildings in the North-East corner of campus Both classroom buildings will be installed on wood foundations. Installation related site work includes new utilities connection to existing system, regrading, and paving.

Scope of Work: The contractor will provide urgent, on-call evaluation, diagnosis, repair, and inspection of electrical low voltage systems across multiple state building regions (including Northern, Bay, and Central California).

Project Description: The Project consists of removing old VCT and Sheet Vinyl flooring in the Sacramento County Main Jail - Medical Section 2nd Floor. Replace with Mannington BioSpec Armor with Mannington Ideal Base. Follow Sacramento County Specifications. Provide Mannington V-95, Two Component Polyurethane Adhesive. Provide (Solid Color Vinyl Weld Rod) as produced by the manufacturer of resilient flooring and intended for welding of seams. Use Mannington Quantum Guard Seam Coater pen on all seams to extend finish coat protection to seamed areas. All Bidders are responsible for verifying actual square footage. All bidders must submit clearance packages prior to walking the bid site. Clearance Packages must be received fifteen (15) days prior to the bid job walk. Please refer to the Special Provisions (Attachment A) section "5-1.-1 Special Security Requirements" for additional instructions and see Appendix C - "Security Background Investigation Forms" for the required forms.

Scope of Services The selected Design-Build contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, management, and professional services necessary to complete the project, including preconstruction (design-assist) and construction phase services. The Contractor shall serve as the single point of responsibility and shall furnish and manage an appropriately qualified design team, which may include an architect, structural engineer, and any additional consultants required to successfully deliver the project.
