Description
Work under this contract includes the following task areas, as shown on the drawings, specified in the Project Manual, and defined in the project contract documents, including but not necessarily limited to: Construction of new 2-story educational structure. Associated foundation excavation, elevator pit excavation, site paving, work and trenching and backfill for utility connection to existing utility stub-outs. Coordination with existing site improvements, including parking improvements. Perform all work in accordance with the requirements of the General Conditions and related Contract Documents.
