Water Service Line Relocation - Phase 1, Hesperia CA

The scope of work generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for (1) the construction of a new 1-1/4” water service line (with shut-off valve and pressure regulator) between the residence and the property line at the front of a residence, (2) disconnection of the existing water service line at the existing water meter at the rear property line of the residence and disconnection of the existing water service line at or around 5’ away from the residence, (3) abandonment of the existing water service line and (4) re-connecting the water service line at the relocated water meter to be located at the property line at the front of a residence and re-connecting the new water service line at the residence where the existing water service line was disconnected and (5) all appurtenant work related to a project of this type. The Scope of Work will be performed at multiple single-family residences. The Work shall be performed at each residence after consent by each property owner and an agreement to perform such Work is signed between the City, the Contractor, and the homeowner or property owner.
