Description

The Work consists of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, transportation and incidentals necessary to furnish, install, commission, start up and deliver a complete and fully functional project in accordance with Bid Documents to drill and conduct tests in exploratory (pilot) boreholes and to complete (construct) as nested groundwater monitoring wells for the investigation of the geologic and hydrogeologic conditions of the site of the Work. The site of the Work is at three locations in the City of Rancho Cucamonga: (Site 1 “AR-MW-01”) approximately 125 feet north of the southwest corner of Foothill Blvd. and Milliken Ave. within the City’s right-of-way and APN 1090-121-37 owned by LDCC Milliken East Residential LLC, (Site 2 “AR-MW-02”) the service road on the east side of the Day Creek Channel north of Foothill Blvd. in APN 1090-541-03 owned by San Bernardino County Flood Control District (SBCFCD), and (Site 3 “AR-MW-03”) the service road on the west side of the Day Creek Channel south of Jack Benny Dr. in APN 0229-021-20 owned by the SBCFCD.
