Widening and constructing new roadway on Little Third Street and Little Tippecanoe Avenue; Construction of catch basins; installation of fencing; placing traffic striping, pavement markings and doing other work appurtenant thereto. Additional work falling within the scope and character of the existing contract items shall be considered as normal to the progress of construction. DBE goal is 21%.
