Description
The purpose of this project is to improve safety for pedestrians, bicyclists, and the motorized public. All work would be within City right of way. This project involves removal of asphalt concrete pavement, signage, striping, and construction of PCC curbs, gutters, ADA accessible curb ramps, asphalt concrete pavement within the City of Highland, in the County of San Bernardino, California. DBE goal is 15%.
