Description

The Town of Apple Valley is seeking qualified contractors to provide demolition, design, and installation services for the replacement of playground equipment and surfacing at two (2) park locations: James Woody Park (rear playground) and Sycamore Rocks Park. The project includes removal of existing playground equipment, installation of new play structures, and improvements to surfacing to meet current safety and accessibility standards. The Town seeks modern, durable, and engaging playground environments that serve a range of age groups and maximize the use of existing park space. Proposers are encouraged to incorporate thoughtful design elements and may include optional features, such as shade structures, where appropriate.
