The Agreement is a two (2) year contract with the option to renew for three (3) additional 12-month periods.

Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete Electrical Maintenance and Repair Services at Industrial Facilities. The scope of Work includes the provision of electrical services on an as needed and when requested basis including after-hours and emergency response. Services shall include, but not be not limited to: Troubleshoot and repair existing electrical systems including: Transformers, electrical panels, breakers, fuses, emergency backup power systems, conduit and wiring; Lighting systems and lighting control systems; Pumps, motors, MCC panels.

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
