Description

The County of San Bernardino Department of Public Works Special Districts Division is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation and life-extension of the existing lowslope roof system at the CSA 20 Joshua Tree Community Center. The existing roof consists of a single-layer granulated modified bitumen membrane, approximately 1520 years old. Recent roof core sampling and thermal moisture assessment confirmed no detectable moisture within the roof assembly. Roof core sampling and thermal moisture assessment reports are provided for reference and informational purposes only.
