Description

Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to complete the Project at Sunburst Park and Community Park that includes: Demolition, site prep, procurement and construction of inclusive playground structures, Ninja Course with shade and fall attenuating safety surfacing, hardscape, irrigation, landscaping, fencing, and rehabilitation of existing features. Work includes design and construction of a 10,000 sq. ft. bicycle pump track at specified location on plans. Work must be performed by or in consultation with a qualified pump track designer, with multi-skill-level asphalt surfacing, safety features, and ADA compliance. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including ADA accessibility standards, and coordinated with the Special Districts project management team as described in the plans, specifications and bid documents.
