Landscape maintenance includes but is not limited to: Pruning, shaping, and skirting of trees up to 18 feet in height, Maintenance of shrubs and ground cover, Weed control, Plant disease and pest control, Rodent and pest control, Turf maintenance, Irrigation maintenance, Hardscape maintenance, and All other services necessary to maintain the designated landscape areas in accordance with the Compensation Categories.
