The City of San Bernardino is seeking proposals from experienced and visionary development teams for the acquisition and catalytic development of the approximately 0.5099-acre F Street Site, located Downtown San Bernardino near key transportation corridors. This high-profile infill parcels represent a rare opportunity to deliver a transformative project that aligns with the Citys broader goals for economic development, urban revitalization, and placemaking. Through this Request for Proposals, the City invites respondents to submit detailed conceptual proposals and team qualifications. The selected developer will enter into an Exclusive Negotiation Agreement (ENA) to define the projects scope, address entitlement and infrastructure needs, conduct community engagement, and negotiate final deal terms for a Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA).
