Description
Description: The Contractor shall provide Carpet Replacement Services for the EDD facility located at 371 W. Third Street, San Bernardino, CA 92401. Contractor to remove and haul away the existing top layer of carpet tile, baseboards, and transition strips; clean and prepare the floors; and install new carpet, new resilient flooring (LVT) (please refer to Floor Plan), rubber baseboard, and transition strips.
