This network is a trunked simulcast voice system consisting of at least 60 radio sites used for public safety and public service radio communications. The County has a requirement for as-needed in-building public safety radio coverage assessment, design, analysis, installation and maintenance services from a qualified and experienced public safety radio communications firm (Contractor) for projects in San Diego and Imperial counties.

Del Mar Union School District (District) is requesting proposals for organic, recycling, and trash waste disposal services from all district sites. The Del Mar Union School District educates approximately 3,500 students within an 8.5 square mile area that serves north San Diego County communities of the coastal city of Del Mar, the Carmel Valley community, and parts of the Del Mar Mesa and Torrey Hills neighborhoods in San Diego. The District is comprised of ten (10) locations. The District operates nine (9) elementary schools and one (1) maintenance building. In addition to traditional hauling, organics, and recyclables processing and disposal services, the District is interested in a contractor who will be proactive in helping the District manage all waste and recyclables more cost-effectively.

In coordination with SANDAG and a Project Development Team (PDT), the selected Consultant will conduct a comprehensive feasibility assessment and scenario analysis for two potential freeway lid locations over Interstate 5 (I-5) within the Barrio Logan community and conceptual designs for the preferred location. This effort will include the development and evaluation of multiple scenarios, each incorporating a suite of multimodal transportation improvements.

The San Ysidro High School Perimeter Fence Project consists of rehabilitating the existing galvanized chain-link perimeter fence and gates located at the rear of the campus to enhance the safety and security of the high school. This project also includes repairs to the existing decomposed granite (DG) walking path along the perimeter fence, as well as the trimming and removal of trees and vegetation located behind the fence line.

The City of Oceanside is proposing to repair two (2) parking lots located at Oceanside Harbor. The general scope of work for both parking lots is as follows: Harbor Parking Lot 1: scope of work includes crack seal, seal coating, restriping, removing planters, and replacing asphalt. See Attachment A scope of work details. Harbor Parking Lot 4: scope of work includes crack seal, seal coating, restriping, grind and overlay, and raising a concrete utility box. Reconstruction of driveway apron, sidewalk and Fletcher Hills at Fletcher Hills Open Space and Hillside Park. The project will also consist of vegetation management at both sites in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of Bid No. 004-27.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Escondido, a California municipal corporation, is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide geotechnical and special inspection services for Utilities Capital Improvement Projects, on an as-needed basis. The City of Escondido Utilities Department is seeking qualified consultants to provide geotechnical support such as collecting soil samples for proctor tests to accompany soil compaction testing for earthwork operations and performing special inspections for structural concrete construction on water, wastewater, recycled water, and stormwater infrastructure projects. Services will be authorized on a task-order basis, depending on the consultants specialty and availability, and the Citys project needs. Work under this contract may include, but is not limited to pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facility projects; utility infrastructure rehabilitation projects; in-situ soil assessments; and construction-phase geotechnical support. Consultants may be tasked with providing the City with geotechnical expert, evidence-based opinions on soil, rock and foundational matters to help resolve construction-related issues.

The 2026-2027 Street Maintenance Project is part of the Citys Annual Pavement Maintenance Program. The project area is located within Street Maintenance Zone 1, which includes residential and arterial streets north and east of, and including, Espola Road, extending from the western City limit to Sandhill Road. This project includes slurry seal, replacement of traffic striping, pavement legends and markings, and refreshing of painted curbs throughout Zone 1. In addition, this project also includes adjustment of survey monuments, water valve cans, and sewer manhole lids to finished grade.

Scope of Services: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to furnish and install one (1) pre-engineered steel carport structure measuring approximately 20 feet wide by 70 feet long by 16 feet high in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable codes.

The scope of the project includes extending the sidewalk on the north side of Apple Street, constructing ADA pedestrian ramps, reconstructing the AC Pavement section, and applying a new traffic striping configuration to generate diagonal street parking on Apple Street between Goat Hill Drive and Greenbrier Drive.

The North County Transit District (NCTD) seeks bids for the Escondido Subdivision Signal Modernization Project MP 99.50 to MP 103.20. Contractors will be replacing obsolete train control and crossing systems, installing fiber, and in-servicing equipment to interface with existing systems at sixteen (16) locations (eight in Design Package 1 and eight in Design Package 2) between MP 99.50 and MP 103.20 on the North County Transit Districts (NCTD) Escondido Subdivision. This bid will also include an option of an additional eight (8) locations (Design Package 3) between MP 103.70 and MP 105.90 also on the Escondido Subdivision.

The work includes, but is not limited to, expanding the fire station from 3,488 square feet to 5,105 square feet, increased building height, a double apparatus bay, dormitories, individual restrooms, turn-out locker room, laundry-extractor room, kitchen, lounge room, office space, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of Bid No. 003-27.

The City of Coronado invites sealed bids for the Street Preventive Maintenance FY 25/26 project. This project consists of approximately 28,134 sq ft of asphalt dig out repairs. Asphalt repairs require full depth removal of asphalt material to existing subgrade (or a minimum of 6 in depth) preparation of subgrade as needed, and installation of new asphalt; asphalt repairs will range in size between a minimum of 4 feet x 4 feet and a maximum of 30 feet x 160 feet at various locations throughout the project area. Work also includes removing roadway striping and markings, street sweeping, asphalt crack-filling, 2,911,355 square feet of slurry coating, and restoring roadway striping and markings including parking lot areas. The project scope includes implementing advanced construction notifications and appropriate traffic control measures for the public. A Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be issued by early September 2026. This project may also include the following additional additive scope of work which are described below: Additive Project No. 1 additional 17,304 sf of asphalt replacement.
