Description
The project generally consists of abandonment of existing 10-/12-inch buried steel potable waterline, water services and appurtenances on improved Gordon Hill Road (Private) and fenced back yards. Approximately 4,700 linear feet of 12-inch diameter buried polyvinyl chloride (PVC) potable waterline including valves, water services, appurtenances shall be installed within Gordon Hill Road (Private) and VCMWD Easements, between Old Castle Road (Public) and Welk View Drive (Private). Segments of existing pipeline in conflict with proposed waterline alignments shall be removed and disposed. Tie in connections are required within Old Castle Road, an existing developed County of San Diego public road and Welk View Drive (Private). 365 calendar days duration. This project funded through the State Water Resources Control Board and DBE participation requirements apply.
