The project consists of installation of a 60-inch butterfly valve and valve vault, installation of an
access manway, abandonment of an existing 60-inch butterfly valve, and upgrades within an
existing valve vault at the R.M. Levy Water Treatment Plant in Lakeside, California. USEPA and WIOFIA funding requires DBE GFE.
