Description
The Project is a joint venture between SANDAG and the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), in collaboration with state and federal partners in the U.S. and Mexico, to create a fast, predictable, and secure 21st century border crossing for the San Diego-Baja California region. The new port of entry will be clean, green, and smart. The Project will build in smart technologies and use variable tolls to manage traffic. Pre-Construction Services: DBE goal is 22% and Construction Services: DBE goal is 27%
