Description
The Project is generally described as: Replacement of existing built-up gravel roof with new single ply thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membrane and repair of selected exterior walls showing signs of spalling and cracking. Other associated work includes selective demolition, miscellaneous carpentry, sheet metal flashings, sealants, roof drains, roof walk pads, coverboards, attic batt insulation, window glazing, cement plaster, elastomeric painting, and abatement of hazardous materials. DVBE goal 3%.
