Work consist of: removal of two (2) existing gas fired hot water boilers and existing hot water circulation pumps and its mechanical and electrical connections, installation of two (2) new gas fired hot water boilers and new hot water circulation pumps, including mechanical and electrical connections and installation of new boiler control system, in the boiler room; removal of existing boiler foundations and installation of new boiler foundations.
