The Project is generally described as, but not limited to, restoration and repairs of a viewing stand building involving: selective demolition, hazardous materials abatement, concrete pavement, storm drainage systems, concrete rehabilitation, metal fabrications, fluid-applied roofing, sheet metal flashing, joint sealants, wood window rehabilitation, hollow metal doors and frames, FRP doors, door hardware, aluminum windows, glazing, gypsum board assemblies, elastomeric coatings, painting, signs, aluminum bleachers, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinklers, electrical, lighting, fire alarm devices, athletic rubber surface tiles. DVBE goal is 3%.
