Description
The Project is generally described as including but not limited to: Abatement and demolition of existing flooring, chalkboards and tackwall, installation of new flooring, markerboards, tackwall, interior paint throughout area of work (doors, walls, lockers), repair/replacement of a few doors, selected door hardware replacements, acoustic ceiling tile replacement, replacement in kind of toilet room accessories, and refurbishment of classroom countertops, as well as other minor scope. Telecom scope includes design and construction of a new public address headend, new CCTV system, and additional structured cabling to accommodate new wifi access points (WAP) in each classroom, and office areas. Class B, General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractors with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work. Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law.
