Description
The Project is generally described as wall and cornice repair at Mission Education Center. The project involves the demolition of existing cornice and supports down to the substrate at all exterior walls and removal of cement plaster finish on two walls of the south elevation and their replacement with new EIFS wall cornice mouldings, framing, cement plaster, including crack repairs on the upper section of the exterior walls at the north and south elevations. Miscellaneous work consists of rough carpentry, sheet metal flashings, sealants, and elastomeric wall coating. Work will also involve the abatement of hazardous materials. f California Contractors License at the time that the Bid Proposals are opened: Class B, General Building Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or SubContractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work.
