Description
The Project is generally described as including but not limited to: Renovation of schoolyard which will include provision of a new amphitheater, a new artificial turf play field, track and play court striping, a garden area which will feature the stormwater treatment strategies and outdoor learning “classroom” areas. The project will transform approximately 4 acres of AC-paved areas by introducing over 100 trees to the campus, mounded planting areas and other above-grade planters, an outdoor kitchen area and new trash enclosure. Class B, General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work. Any Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law
