Description
Class B, General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work. Any Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law. The Project is generally described as including but not limited to: Kitchen and serving line upgrade with owner-provided vendor-installed equipment. Installation of new hood, ductwork and exhaust fan for new cooking line; associated structural framing and supporting elements; dining area refreshment including replacement of existing tile wainscot and flooring with new finishes. Along with site path of travel ADA upgrades.
