Description
Class B, General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractors with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work. Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law. The Project is generally described as including but not limited to: Site preparation and placement of nine relocatable interim housing units and one restroom unit, restroom accessories not furnished with the interim housing units, and minor exterior painting including painted building identification characters. The work will include modular steel ramp and landing for the relocatable restroom unit. The work will include demolition of an existing concrete site ramp and construction of a replacement concrete site ramp. The work will include power connection to the existing school power, will include telephone, data and fire alarm system integration with the main building, will include security system, will include above ground sewer and water connection to the restroom unit, and all the necessary miscellaneous site work as shown in the plans.
