Description
Contractor’s License Required for the Work: Class B, General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work. Any Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law. The Project is generally described as including but not limited to: ● General School Modernization and reconstruction including but not limited to removal of existing roofing system, associated metal flashing and coping. ● Replace damaged pipe vents, patch and repair roof structure as required. ● Install new singly ply roof system. ● Rigid insulation board and cover board. ● Install new aluminum metal coping and associated flashing. ● Replace damaged pipe vent penetrations.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
