Description

The project scope is to upgrade the existing athletic facilities including: new synthetic turf field, track repair and refinishing, long jump improvements, scoreboard replacement, fence refinishing with partial replacement of mesh fabric, new drinking fountains in existing locations, improvements to existing accessible components in two restrooms - restroom renovations in Building B and East Field House, and new accessible van parking stall. No change in use nor occupancy. Class B, General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work. Any Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law.

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
