The project will install new raised median and stamped colored concrete along Pacific Avenue between Hammer Lane and the Calaveras River. The project will also relocate streetlights and adjust pull boxes to grade. Work also includes traffic control, signing, striping, and other work necessary to complete the project. Federal Funds are involved. DBE requirements apply. DBE Goal of 17%.
