Description
CNW Construction is a prequalified bidder for this project and is seeking DBE and Section 3 subcontractors according to HUD requirements, 24 CFR Part 75. The project is a major conversion project that will transform a 121-room motel into 68 larger on- bedroom apartment units to provide permanent housing for those experiencing chronic homelessness. youth, and youth at-risk of homelessness. The 2.14-acre parcel on March Lane will have eleven (11) ADA ground floor units and seven (7) units designated for the hearing and visually impaired. The newly converted property will also have a community room, laundry facilities, a park and substantial parking for residents. Subcontracting trades requested by CNW Construction are: Demolition, Grading and Paving, Landscaping, Reinforcing Steel, Masonry, Architectural Casework, Insulation, Roofing, Sealants, Doors/Frames & Hardware, Glazing, Lath & Plaster, Gypsum Board, Flooring, Painting, Window Covering, Toilet & Bath Accessories, Appliances, Elevators, Plumbing, HVAC and Sheet Metal, Electrical.
