The Project consists of: • Construction of an IT office within the existing district warehouse, including mechanical, electrical, and other items shown within the project documents. • The awarded contractor is responsible for permits & city inspections. • Pay prevailing wage. • Provide Insurance and Bonds. 2. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors’ license(s): “B” The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract.
