Project Description of Construction Scope: Modernization of the following five buildings: a. Building B Classroom of approximately 8,332 square feet, originally built in 1962 and modernized in 1998; Building D Classroom of approximately 8,100 square feet, originally built in 1962 and modernized in 1998; Building E Library/Media Center of approximately 4,460 square feet, originally built in 1970 and modernized in 1998; Building F Classroom of approximately 4,460 square feet, originally built in 1998; Building G Multi-Purpose of approximately 12,073 square feet, originally built in 1998. Scope of interior modernization includes: new interior wall, floor and ceiling finishes; painting; new door hardware; remove and replace casework and sinks; refinish casework with new hardware; replace lighting; replace HVAC and add cooling for each classroom; replace window blinds; upgrades to electrical power, data, clock/speaker systems; and miscellaneous classroom specialties, such as whiteboards, signage and fire cabinets. Scope of exterior modernization includes: remove and replace door hardware and painting of exterior doors; remove and replace roofing; remove and replace gutters and downspouts; and new signage. Renovation of kitchen for new finishes, equipment with seismic anchorage and functional changes. Development of an exterior serving area under a covered overhang with new finishes. Scope of sitework includes: remove and replace concrete walks for ADA compliance; fencing at exterior pad-mounted HVAC equipment; ADA parking upgrades; and miscellaneous paving and landscape patching. Site ADA upgrades as required by DSA and project scope. Pre-qualification required. Pre-qualification applications due by April 20, 2026 by 2:00pm.
