The project scope includes design services for demolition of the existing buildings at 320 and 330 Main Street, and design of a new parking lot. The County of San Luis Obispo (County) is currently soliciting proposals for professional services for design of the Cayucos Pier Reconstruction Project. The purpose of the Cayucos Pier Reconstruction Project (Project) is to provide design services to restore the Pier back to its pre-2024 condition at Bents 60 and 61, prior to damage and removal of the end of the Pier. The scope of work assumes the Pier will be replaced in-kind between bent 60 and 61, except for the piles at bent 61 which will be replaced with steel pipe piles.
