Description: The Contractor shall install Kitchen Grease Hood Exhaust with Fire Suppression Systems, wet chemical suppression, vapor exhaust systems, make-up air units, and exhaust fans. The Contractor shall include all labor, design, engineering, equipment, parts, devices, materials, programming, tools, installation, supervision, inspection, training, permits, licenses, insurance, bonds, transportation, travel, per diem and all other expenses necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Correctional Construction Mentorship Program (CCM), located at California Men's Colony (CMC), Highway 1 Colony Drive, San Luis Obispo, California 93409.

The project description is as follows: Demo of two (2) buildings and construction of one (1) classroom building.

Description: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Fire Extinguisher Maintenance services at Camp Roberts located at Hwy. 101, Camp Roberts, CA 93451 from on or around June 22, 2026, through June 30, 2028. The County of San Luis Obispo is currently soliciting proposals for professional services for Material Testing Services for Bob Jones Trail in San Luis Obispo County Near San Luis Obispo from Cloverridge Lane to 0.1 Mile North of Buckley Road Project. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit offers from qualified firms to establish a two (2) year contract for Material Testing services to include, but not be limited to, the following: provide Material Testing services for the duration of construction, from startup to closeout for the project. The Consultant shall determine the level of staffing required to successfully perform the Scope of Services listed herein.

In general, the project consist of applying slurry seal, striping, pavement markings, and signage to pavement areas 2 & 3 and various other streets.

This project is to replace the roof at the San Luis Obispo County Air Pollution and Control District and is being posted on their behalf.

The work generally consists of, but is not limited to, construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Halcyon Road and Fair Oaks Avenue; installation of sidewalk infill, curb ramps, bicycle lanes, underground utility improvements, tree planting, striping, and roadway overlay along Halcyon Road from El Camino Real to Farroll Avenue in the City of Arroyo Grande.

In general, the project consists of curb ramp construction, application of slurry seal, striping, pavement markings, and signage to various streets as identified in the project plans.

In general, the Project consists of asphalt repairs, including Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) paving; striping; curb ramp reconstructions; temporary traffic control; and related items of work as shown on the Plans, as specified in the Standard Specifications and these Special Provisions, and as directed by the Engineer.
