Description
The purpose of this project is to provide drainage upgrade, trail repair and trail improvement along approximately 7,400 linear feet of existing road within Coal Creek Open Space Preserve. The scope of work shall include trail improvements, culvert replacement, trail widening and re-alignment on key sites, and major grading for drainage and erosion control, selective demolition and tree removal, as further detailed and described herein as the Contract Documents. The first season of the project must be complete and the construction site secured no later than October 31, 2022. The second season of the project cannot commence prior to June 1, 2023 and may not extend beyond October 31, 2023.
