Description
To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to have been prequalified by the District. The prequalification process was through Quality Bidders on through their website. The Project generally consists of: New Construction of a New Multi-purpose Room Building – Increment 1: Relocation of existing playground and new sloped walk to existing toilets. Provide EVA curb cut, accessible drop-off, and relocation of EVA chain link gate. Accessibility upgrades to existing toilet rooms on accessible path of travel. DVBE goal is 3%.
