Description

The Contractor shall perform all work necessary to complete the contract for Grade Crossing Improvements for the locations below in a satisfactory manner: - 4th Ave & 5th Ave in the City of San Mateo, CA - Churchill Ave in the City of Palo Alto, CA The Contractor shall furnish and install all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. In accordance with the component parts of this Agreement, this public works project consists of the followings: Install the improvements at the 4th Ave and 5th Ave grade crossings per the plans and specifications in the Contract Drawings and Specifications. These improvements include: a) Track panels b) Pavement markers and markings c) Sidewalk improvements Except as otherwise indicated, materials, products, and equipment furnished or provided shall be new, of current design, and produced by a manufacturer regularly engaged in the production of such materials, products, and equipment. The Work is more fully described in the Technical Specifications and Plans contained in the Contract Documents, which are attached and incorporated to this Agreement by reference. Questions are due 05/19/23 by 2pm.

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
