Description
The City of Menlo Park invites qualified contractors to submit electronic bid proposals for the Belle Haven Child Development Center Electrification Project CPB025 Contract Documents. The project is located at the Belle Haven Child Development Center located at 410 Ivy Dr., Menlo Park, California. The scope of work generally includes replacement of five gas HVAC systems with new heat exchange HVAC equipment. The improvements also include adding economizers and building system controls, LED lighting upgrades, replacement of a dishwasher, and replacement of existing gas and electric ranges to electric induction ranges.
