The 1475 Rosita Road Slope Stabilization project consists of removing the landslide debris on the slope between the top of the existing gunite creek bank wall and the backyard at 1475 Rosita Road and replacing it with a geogrid reinforced 1.5:1 engineered compacted fill slope equipped with a subdrain and other miscellaneous related work (BASE BID). The Sharp Park Road Stabilization Project consists of removing approximately 50 feet of undermined concrete lined V-ditch and replacing it with a new 50-foot section of concrete retaining wall/V-ditch. The new retaining wall/V-ditch is designed resist undermining, and lateral pressures, and be doweled into the existing V-ditch at both ends and other miscellaneous related work

SLAC is seeking a qualified general contractor to perform construction work to mitigate soil erosion in an area referred to as Sector 30.This project aims to remove and replace the current failed pavement, slope, earthwork, and storm drain and install permanent vegetation and erosion control measures.

The project scope consists of pavement repairs, rehabilitation, and overlays, including: 1.1 Grinding and replacing approximately 32,000 square feet of asphalt to a six-inch depth on various streets. This work includes all necessary traffic control, grinding, sweeping, tack coating, replacing asphalt to appropriate depth in an appropriate number of lifts, and finishing rolling per Town of Atherton Standard specifications and special provisions. Replacement and installation of traffic striping, pavement markings, and markers. Construct two raised crosswalks along Selby Lane along with 6 thermoplastic white fog lines along the length of Selby Lane as shown on the plans per the Town Standard Specifications
