Description
The Project description is as follows: The project includes demolition and new site work in the existing courtyard. The scope of work includes, but not limited to: concrete walkways, rubber surface play area, Trex deck areas, artificial turf, boulders, tree, earthen drainage, swales, catch basin, hose bibbs and site electrical outlet. All questions are to be in writing and directed to the Project Architect/Engineer, Mat Gradias, Kruger Bensen Ziemer Architects, Inc. by October 11, 2022. The District will be participating in the Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE) Participation Goal Program pursuant to Education Code section 17076.11 and Public Contract Code section 10115.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
