Description
This project combines two projects that have been developed and financed separately as 1) the Ekwill Street and Fowler Road Extensions project and 2) the Hollister Avenue Bridge Replacement project. Because the Hollister Avenue Bridge Replacement project is embedded entirely within the limits of the Ekwill-Fowler project, and must be constructed concurrently with the roadway project, the two projects are combined into one construction contract. The project will be awarded based on the total bid. The work includes all labor, material, supervision, plant and equipment necessary to construct roadway modifications/extensions at three separate locations, including a bridge replacement project per the project plans and specifications on Hollister Avenue within the City of Goleta, CA. Deadline for questions is September 18, 2023 by 5:00pm. DBE goal is 21%.
