FY 25/26 Pavement Preservation and Preventive Maintenance

Scope of Work will include but not be limited to the following: Playfield Improvements and restoration per plans and specifications.

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 115310 - Support Activities for Forestry. Provide road and drainage maintenance for roads on the Los Padres National Forest due flood damages. The purpose of this contract is to provide road and drainage maintenance for the East and West Cuerta Road and the LaBrea Roads in the Los Padres National Forest. This contract provides for the equipment, labor, and services necessary to perform work ordered by the Government for grading, spot surfacing and restoring existing drainage functions, and tree removal in compliance with the terms, specifications, drawings and provisions of this contract. Locations of work will be directed by the Forest Service.

Project consists of installation of non-penetrating roof mount with structural support poles for three antennas. All conduit from equipment room to each antenna location on the roof. This will also include roof penetration repairs to the roof. Cable trays, grounding and bonding as per TIA-607 specifications. All electrical and HVAC required per plans. Electrical and HVAC will require General Contractor to provide stamped engineering plans.

The City seeks to remove the existing skylight structure and shading system and replace it with a new structure that utilizes a motorized solar shade system that is mechanically driven. The project is designed to replace, like-for-like, the existing 46 x 10 skylight, including the roof curbing, located above the GCC dining room. The new system will be placed in the same opening after curb replacement, and will utilize a powder-coated, metal framing system in Colonial White, which matches the white coloring of the existing roof. Attendance at one job walk is required.
