Description
his Project is the first phase of a two phase project. Phase I entails: A) the demolition of site hardscape and site elements, abatement, and site grading and, B) the construction of a parking lot, bike locker area, path to the public right-of-way, installation of utilities, and base rock for a portion of the main entry road. This project requires Pre-Qualification of the General Contractor. Pre-Qualification Application materials will be included with the Bid Documents. Pre-Qualification applications are due 10/01/21 by 5:00 PM. Bonds and Insurance.
