Description
New Construction. The Project consists of: Construction of new parking lot near existing baseball field. Installation includes but not limited to new light poles, chain link gates, fences, and signage. The scope also includes Earthwork, paving, exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways. Addendum 3 states: the scope of work remains substantially the same with the addition of landscape, planting and irrigation. However, it shall be the contractor’s responsibility to review and compare the two sets of drawings and determine how the changes may impact their bid. Prequalification Packages will be accepted if submitted at least ten (10) days prior to bid opening. Prequalification forms are available for pick-up at the Measure T Bond Program Office, 647 Veterans Blvd Suite A, Redwood City, CA 94063, or may be downloaded from the District website at: https://www.rcsdk8.net/our-programsand-services/school-construction/measure-t/bidding.
