Description

The Project consists of the following: Bid request A for Increment I & Increment II Electrical Scope- New underground electrical infrastructure to supply the new power requirements for the HVAC equipment noted. Installing the O.F.C.I switchgear. Note: All scope of work noted on the Electrical plan pages E00.1 through E30.1. Bid request B for Increment III HVAC Scope-.New HVAC systems for buildings 000i,100E, 200 east & west,300 east & west,500 east & west,700 and N. Note: All scope of work noted on the Architectural plan pages A1.0 through A5.1 and Mechanical Plan Pages M-0.1 through M-11.7. Prequalification required. DVBE goal is 3%.
