The Project includes replacing the existing turf field with an enlarged natural grass field; replacing the existing concrete bleachers and press box with new metal bleachers and press box; replacing the existing DG track with a new synthetic all-weather track; replacing the existing stadium lighting with new energy-efficient stadium lighting at Townsend Field and Elmer Johnson Field; installing new lighting at the Buchser Middle School tennis courts; and demolishing two existing concession buildings and constructing a new toilet building
