The project is located in the County of Santa Cruz as follows: In Felton, near Highway 9 just north of Graham Hill Road Work includes removal and construction of the San Lorenzo Way Bridge across the San Lorenzo River. Major work includes, but is not limited to: Traffic handling, tree removal, bridge removal, drilling cast-in-drilled hole concrete piling, construction of reinforced concrete footings and abutments, retaining wall construction, approach road reconstruction, curb, gutter and sidewalk construction, driveway reconstruction, and construction of a cast-in-place prestressed box girder bridge

The project consists of performing the following, including, but not limited to: The City is seeking bids to rehabilitate the existing Influent Channel ahead of the Primary Sedimentation Basins at the Wastewater Treatment Facility. The project generally involves moderate to heavy concrete channel rehabilitation and aluminum grating replacement along the primary channel in front of Primary Sedimentation Basins 1 and 2, and all associated work required for a complete installation.

The work to be done consists, in general, of the removal and disposal of sediment from two culverts (N9-UI303-N9-UO302 & N9-UI304-N9-UO305) and clearing excess sediment buildup from the channel that runs between the culverts. The channel is to be cleared as to maintain steady water flow between the culverts

The City of Santa Cruz Public Works Department is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms (Consultant) with expertise in retaining wall/wingwall design, culvert design, geotechnical engineering, and topographic/professional land surveying for the development of construction plans and specifications, and to provide procurement and construction support. This Request for Qualifications (RFQu) is being made available to entities who are qualified to perform the entire scope of services as described in this RFQ

The City of Santa Cruz owns and maintains a network of 10 bicycle and pedestrian bridges of varying age, design, and construction type. These structures are critical to public safety and mobility. The city seeks professional engineering services to assess structural conditions, identify deficiencies, and recommend maintenance or rehabilitation actions. The selected Consultant shall perform various tasks and prepare deliverables such as inspection reports, photo documentation, and other deliverables as deemed necessary by the city. The city is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide this service within its jurisdiction on a two-year rotation, with half the bridges inspected annually. There are currently 10 bicycle-pedestrian bridges in the city (See Attachment 1). The selected consultant shall perform inspections in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards. The contract will run for two years with a two-year renewal option

The proposed project consists of improvements to the existing driving range building at the DeLaveaga Golf Course. The scope includes roof repairs, including structural framing (Glu-Lam beams), new 2" thick cast-in-place concrete topping, new plywood sheathing, new Con Dek waterproofing system. Additional site improvements include a van-accessible parking space and an accessible pedestrian route to the existing stair and ramps, in compliance with the current California Building Code

The project consists of performing the following, including, but not limited to: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals as a lump sum. Responsibilities include complying with all contract documents and building codes, participating in a City-led preconstruction meeting, and addressing items such as scheduling, site access, deliveries, safety, and security. The contractor must provide temporary facilities including fencing, pedestrian and traffic control, bathroom facilities, temporary power, and any required temporary utilities. Best Management Practices must be implemented per City standards. Mobilization includes all preparatory work, establishing staging areas, and securing materials and equipment. The contractor is responsible for safeguarding materials, legal disposal of waste, and repairing any damage to existing site features. Subsequent bid items address specific demolition and construction tasks on both the south and north sides of the Bay Breeze Fence Project, each paid on a lump-sum basis. Demolition items include removing existing fences, posts, foundations, and damaged structures, as well as salvaging designated components. Construction items include furnishing and installing new wrought-iron fencing that meets City-approved specifications, with galvanized and powder-coated materials, welded joints, and pre-fabricated panels. A retaining wall on the north side shall be repaired or reconstructed using materials that match existing conditions, including proper installation of wall blocks, top caps, dowels, and adhesives. The project also includes construction of a new Good Neighbor wood fence on the north side using redwood and pressure-treated cedar materials, installed according to best practices and coordinated with the City and adjacent homeowner. Temporary fencing is required during construction, and all gaps and layout requirements must be addressed. An additional alternate bid item includes applying wood sealant to both sides of the new wood fence. All items are to be completed per the contract documents and field conditions, with coordination required for any discrepancies.

The project consists of performing the following, including, but not limited to: The City of Watsonville, CA is soliciting bids from experienced traffic signal and streetlight maintenance contractors to provide regular routine maintenance and emergency response service on an annual basis with two optional one (1) year extensions each for a total possible three-year term. The City may hire more than one on-call maintenance contractors through this Request for Bid solicitation if determined to be in the City's best interest and as budget allows.
