Description
Construct concrete bridge, salvage temporary bridge, temporary access route, streambed restoration, place HMA. The Contractor must have either a Class A license or any combination of Class C licenses which constitutes a majority of the work. In accordance with SB 854 passed by the California State Senate on June 20, 2014, all contractors and subcontractors bidding and performing work on Public Works Projects are required to register with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) on an annual basis. See sections 2 and 3 of the Standard Specifications for contractors' registration requirements. DBE goal is 11%. Federal-aid project no.: FEMA PA-09-CA-4301-PW-00636(993). Bids must be on a unit price basis. Complete the work within 115 working days.
