Description: The design, fabrication, and delivery of a complete Stand By Synthetic Natural Gas System for California State Prison, Solano The procurement encompasses a comprehensive liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) equipment system serving as an alternate fuel supply during natural gas curtailment from PG&E, including two 30,000-gallon storage containers, positive-displacement duplex pumps, an indirect-type water-bath vaporizer with electric heating elements, a blower-assisted air mixer with surge tank, an oil-flooded rotary-screw air compressor with dryer package, and a stainless steel flare stack. All equipment must be newly manufactured, currently in production, and comply with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII and NFPA 58 standards, with noise levels not exceeding 85 DBA. The contract encompasses seven line items: the complete system, 200 hours of technical assistance, 40 hours of startup and commissioning, 24 hours of staff training, manufacturer's standard warranty.
