Description: The design, fabrication, and delivery of a complete Stand By Synthetic Natural Gas System for California State Prison, Solano The procurement encompasses a comprehensive liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) equipment system serving as an alternate fuel supply during natural gas curtailment from PG&E, including two 30,000-gallon storage containers, positive-displacement duplex pumps, an indirect-type water-bath vaporizer with electric heating elements, a blower-assisted air mixer with surge tank, an oil-flooded rotary-screw air compressor with dryer package, and a stainless steel flare stack. All equipment must be newly manufactured, currently in production, and comply with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII and NFPA 58 standards, with noise levels not exceeding 85 DBA. The contract encompasses seven line items: the complete system, 200 hours of technical assistance, 40 hours of startup and commissioning, 24 hours of staff training, manufacturer's standard warranty.

The 60th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) at Travis Air Force Base (TAFB) requires an HVAC Air Handler Replacement. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items necessary to properly remove and replace the existing Carrier air handler with a new air handling unit (estimated 3,500 CFM capacity) to meet the desired heating and cooling load requirements.

The Project involves work for the construction and development of a new sewer lateral and a hexavalent chromium treatment facility, including containment structure, treatment vessels, interconnecting piping, and modifications to the existing well discharge equipment to treat product water from the existing Well 16. The Work includes obtaining permits, providing temporary facilities and traffic control, maintaining existing facilities in service during construction, installing new piping prior to tie-ins, providing complete supporting systems, and performing coordinated startup, testing, commissioning, and performance verification with the City.

The Benicia Breakwater Structure is located at the main entrance channel from the Carquinez Strait to the Benicia Marina Basin. The existing breakwater is comprised of East and West sheet piling and steel cap, steel wale, concrete pile caps, concrete vertical and batter piles, dolphin piles and a tidal gate. The repair scope includes the following:Replacement of the northwest section of the breakwater wall. Replacement of the steel door at the tidal gate and cleaning/epoxy-coat of tide gate frame. Repair and replacement of select vertical and battered concrete piles, sheet pile walls, and timber dolphin piles.
